In November 21, 2016, the research of Micro channel reaction technology and promote meeting of industrialization sponsored by China Chemical Industry and Engineering Society Rubber And Plasstics Products of Green Manufacturing Specialized Committee, organized  by Nanjing Shuguang Chemical Industry Group Co., LTD、Shandong Daye Group Co., LTD ,was held successfully in Nanjing.

　　The speech of the opening ceremony is made by Yang Yuanyi, the general secretary of the Chinese chemical society; Ouyang Pingkai, the academician of Nanjing University of Technology; Chen Bingzhen, the academician of Tsinghua University;Li Yongwu, the original president of Chinese Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association. 180 representatives attended the meeting, which  was 300% of the expected attendance, was fully reflects the domestic enterprises and universities experts focus on micro channel response technology and strong demand of industrialization .

　　This meeting was the second large-scale meeting of Green Manufacturing Specialized Committee in 2016. Green Manufacturing Specialized Committee continued to uphold the concept of "transformation and upgrading, green development, intelligent manufacturing", specially invitated Chen Wenguang researcher from the CAS Dalian Institute, Luo Guangsheng professor from Tsinghua University, Chen Qun president from Changzhou university, Guo Kai professor from Nanjing University of Technology, Wang Zhiqiang general manager from Puyang WeiLin and other experts to do reports on progress of micro chemical technology, advantages and problems of micro reactor, applications of the micro chemical technology in related fields.The meeting enjoyed a warm and solemn atmosphere, and the representatives had a strong passion for learning.

　　Academician Chen Bingzhen said, the meeting was held very timely, hope to do more research in terms of overall integration, and increase the application of artificial intelligence and big data technology."

　　Mr Li Yongwu put forward the earnest expectation to the micro chemical technology: "To vigorously carry out scientific and technological research to achieved a number of leading micro reaction technology results; to increase cleaner production, and speed up the construction of large and medium scale demonstration projects; to speed up the process of intelligent, information and automation; to increase cooperation of the firms, universities and research institutes by standing in the height of the whole industry, implement organization and coordination, explore the new situation of micro chemical reaction."

　　Micro chemical engineering and technology is the forefront of chemical disciplines developed in 1990s, focusing on research features and principle of momentum transport, energy transport, quality transport and reaction engineering, to realize the process of safe, efficient and controllable modern chemical technology. Compared with the conventional scale system, the internal channel feature size reduction made it have the advantages of high caloric transfer rate, more safety, lower energy consumption, higher integration degree, smaller amplification effect, stronger controllability. These advantages has important significance for improving the selectivity and the absorption rate of the target product, the comprehensive utilization of resources and energy, saving energy and emission reduction and sustainable development in the chemical process. Micro chemical technology has a good application prospect, it is a subversive revolution technology of chemical technology in 21 Century.

　　Rubber and plastics products of Green Manufacturing Specialized Committee Committed to be a bridge in promoting the combination of the firms, universities and research institutes, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, actively contribute to the joint research of universities and enterprises, win-win cooperation. An important part of the conference is: the signing ceremony of CAS Dalian Chemical Institute and the National Rubber Auxiliary Engineering Technology Research Center, Nanjing University of Technology and Shandong Dai Rick New Material Co. Ltd. Ceremony made a positive guidance for the promotion and industrialization of the firms, universities and research institutes combination.
