A total of 120 domestic and foreign rubber & plastics industry experts and related business leaders participated in the conference. Mr. Rong Shili,director-general of China Petroleum & Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association, attended the meeting and and highly appraised the work achievement of the Rubber & Plastics center. Mr. Cheng Yixiang,chairman of China National Chemical Engineering Co. Ltd.,expressed congratulations on behalf of the host on the smooth convening of the meeting. At the meeting, Zheng Yusheng reported the work of the 1th Rubber & Plastics Design Professional Committee, and introduced the transition preparation of the 2th Rubber & Plastics Design Professional Committee. Yang jing, secretary-general of the Rubber & Plastics Design Professional Committee, explained the new work regulationsof the committee.
At the conference, Li Qiangqiang, secretary-general of National Machinery Information Center of Rubber & Plastics Industry, and Ma Mingming,vice director of RPTEdeputy chief editor, made work reports respectively. Huang Shaomin,deputy secretary- general of Petroleum Chemical Rubber/Plastics Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Center, made a special presentation for the new revision of the "National Rubber & Plastic Network".
Finally, the delegates discussed the hot issues of the industry. The representatives of four enterprises, such as Shanghai STEP Electric Corporation, made the launch and exchange of new technologies and products for energy conservation and environmental protection.
