On January 6, 2020, Continental Tire held a mass production ceremony for self-repairing mute tires at its Hefei plant in Anhui. This means that the factory's self-repairing mute tire workshop is officially in mass production.

　　It is understood that the foundation stone was built on January 8, 2019, and the infrastructure construction, equipment debugging and installation, trial production, and headquarters audit were completed within one year.The Hefei plant is Continental's third manufacturing base capable of producing self-repairing and mute tires.
