The first waste rubber green recycling model factory planned and constructed in Hubei Province with the "Industry 4.0" standard is scheduled to be put into operation in Shiyan City in July this year, and it is expected to treat 100,000 tons of waste tires every year.

 

　　The project is a “Industry 4.0” Demonstration Base Project of Double Star Exta Green Cycle Industrialization. It is planned and constructed in accordance with the “Industry 4.0” standard, adopting world-class production technology, modern logistics and production layout to achieve intelligent cracking, intelligent storage and intelligence conveying and intelligent control.

　　The project uses “zero emission, zero pollution, zero residue” waste rubber green ecological recycling intelligent equipment independently developed by Double Star, which can crack waste tires into primary oil, carbon black, steel wire and combustible gas, and the utilization rate of waste tires reaches 100 %. After the project is completed, the annual waste tire processing capacity will reach 100,000 tons, equivalent to nearly 1.7 million tires for trucks with more than 900 trucks, and will produce approximately 42,000 tons of primary oil and 40,000 tons of carbon black.
