On June 29, the Rubber Tire Industry Intellectual Property Protection Alliance of Dongying City, Shandong Province was inaugurated and established in Guangrao County. The Dongying City Market Supervision Administration, Dongying Customs, and Guangrao County Market Supervision Administration jointly held the unveiling ceremony of the alliance. According to reports, the establishment of this alliance is to implement the State's "Opinions on Strengthening the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights" and the "Several Measures on Strengthening the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights" of Shandong Province.

　　At the same time, this alliance intends to establish a patent pool to realize the transfer of intellectual property rights, cross-licensing and external coordination among members, and promote the value-added and win-win situation of intellectual property protection among members.
