In April 2017, Shandong province particularly emphasized the importance of abandoned tires management in the “13th Five-Year Plan” for environmental protection.

　　Shandong province required promoting comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste to achieve the ecological recycling and get obvious improvement in utilization rate which will increase 88% or more.

　　Shandong Province is the largest tire production province in China, and the annual production of tires are accounted for about half of the country's total output.

　　During“the 13th Five-Year”period, Shandong Province will further develop the circular economy through 3 aspects, such as the cities, industrial parks and enterprises.
