On September 14, the first   intelligent production line for electrostatic-conducted graphene tyre in the world was put into production in Qingdao Sen Kirin Tyre LTD., and consequently, the first electrostatic-conducted graphene tyre in the world jointly produced by Sen Kirin-Huagao was successfully put into production line. This marks that the first industrialization base for electrostatic-conducted graphene tyre in the world was formally settled in Qingdao.
  Electrostatic-conducted graphene tyre employs the improved production technology using the graphene and resin complex, the core effect of which is that eliminating the need of incorporating the additional vehicle equipment to export the car body’s static electricity. The electrostatic-conducted graphene tyre product is produced with the employment of proprietary technology for graphene. This causes the electric conductivity of such product may reach 10~5s/m, which can ensure the reliable export of the car body’s static electricity. Meanwhile, as compared to the normal tyre, all of related property of the tyre, e.g. , the efficacy of heat dissipation, the strength of stretch, the strength of resisting avulsion, modulus, DIN wear, rolling resistance, wet-skid resistance etc., are improved by more than 50%. This causes the improvement of the car’s  driving safety and the bearing capacity of the tyre, leading to an increase of 1.5~1.8 times in the tire mileage.
