Recently, national level intelligent equipment manufacturing development special project of  construction and application of high-performance radial tire shaping digital workshop undertook by MESNAC Co. LTD. and AEOLUS Tyre Co. LTD. passed acceptance inspection of expert.
　　This project got approved of National Development and Reform Commission,
ministry of finance and  Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2013. It got total 20 million RMB sustained by burgeoning industry of national tactic, wherein10 million RMB for manufacturer and 10 million RMB for user.
　　This project mainly aims at high-performance radial tire shaping digital workshop. It mainly researchs and developments production information management system of tire flexibility, flexibility shaping system of radial tire, automate logistics warehousing system of radial tire etc, entirely completes the task of researching and example.
It is reported that this project obtains one patent for invention, applies and accepts 11 patents for invention, 15 utility models, 6 software copyrights.
　　This project obviously increases production efficiency and energy utilization rate of AEOLUS Tyre Co. LTD., obviously reduces enterprise running cost and reject ratio of tire.
