U.S. customs announced that the imports of Chinese truck and bus tires will no longer be subject to countervailing duties since November 2, 2016. The suspension will last until ITC (U.S. International Trade Commission) issuance of the final injury determination in the federal communique. The Department of Commerce is expected to issue the final determination on January 19, 2017 and ITC will vote over injury on February 22.
