According to reports, on April 5, local time of UAE, Zhang Yan, Chairman and President of Rubber Valley Group, and Burhan Al Hashemi, Marketing President of the United Arab Emirates National Petroleum Corporation (ENOC), signed the comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement and series of specific business contracts at ENOC headquarters in Dubai.  　　The both sides established a new brand— "EPEC" IPEC lubricants, to jointly serve the tera-scale Chinese auto aftermarket.
　　During the signing ceremony, Zhang Yan and his entourages visited the ENOC lubricating oil plant, intelligent filling station system and aviation service system, and said that ENOC is a leader in the field of intelligent refueling compared with China. In the future, the company will work with ENOC to gradually introduce such intelligent system to China.
