It is understood that the total investment of Guizhou Tyre in Vietnam is $400 million. The first phase of this project is all steel radial tire project with annual output of 1 million 200 thousand and the investment of this project is expected to be $240 million. The second phase of this project is all steel load and special tires project with annual output of 2 million and the investment of this project is expected to be $140 million. The third phase of this project is rubber process project with the investment of $20 million.
As the Vietnam factory project is not only more important and superior to other projects, but also the investment is big and the time is tight, Guizhou Tyre decided to terminate the overall relocation plan of the old factory in early April.
