Double star Dongfeng Tire Co., Ltd. received support funds for environmental relocation projects from Financial Bureau of Shiyan City, Hubei, with a total of 100 million yuan.　 　　The company said the relocation compensation received had a positive impact on the performance of 2018.
In December 2017, Shiyan municipal government and Double stars Group signed the” Double star Dongfeng Tire Co., Ltd. environmental relocation upgrading and new investment project agreement”.
　　According to the agreement, Double star Dongfeng Tire Co., Ltd. was moved to Shiyan industrial new area.
The new factory area of the company plans to build an industry 4.0 intelligent industrial park、a new tire industrial 4.0 intelligent factory and a waste rubber and plastic green recycling (cracking) industrial 4.0 intelligent factory.
　　The total area of the project is about 433333 square meters and the total investment is estimated to be 1.5 billion yuan.
　　The construction period of this relocation project is about 18 months. After all the projects are put into production, the annual output of all steel tires is 1.5 million sets and half steel tires is 5 million sets.
