On June 25th,Nominated by the board of directors nomination committee of Mesnac, Mr Rudolf Schalpin, former defence minister of Germany, was elected as a non-independent director candidate.
　　Mr. Shalpin's accession will help Mesnac achieve strategic layout in intelligent manufacturing, high-end industrial technology upgrading, new materials, new energy and other fields. The ability of Mesnac intelligent manufacturing tires, including the intelligence of the single machine, the workshop, the tire factory, the rubber industry as well as the overall manufacturing capacity and level will get more refined promotion.
