Therefore, the Ministry of Commerce initially ruled that temporary anti-dumping measures was implemented in the form of margin.　　 　　It is reported that from July 16, when importing NBR from Korea and Japan, the relevant import operators need to provide the corresponding margin to the Chinese customs.
