On July 25, 2018, the completion acceptance ceremony for the Uzbekistan Angren Rubber Plant project was held in the factory, marking the complete success of the project construction phase target. 　　Uzbekistan Angren Rubber Plant project is the first “One Belt and One Road” construction project of Beijing Research & Design Institute of Rubber Industry. The formal acceptance of the project marks the pre-equipment installation and commissioning to the empty load and load test completed. The product has passed the trial production to the product performance assessment and the project has entered the quality assurance and technical accompanying stage.
　　It is understood that the first phase of the project is the annual production of 3 million semi-steel radial car tires of various specifications, 200,000 bias agricultural tires and 100,000 linear meter conveyor belts. 　　The project provides technical services by Linglong Tire. In the next step, Linglong Tire will complete the subsequent product debugging of 16 tire specifications as agreed in the contract  and help the Uzbekistan factory to achieve the production target of 3 million sets of semi-steel radial tires and 200,000 sets of bias agricultural tires as soon as possible. At the same time, they actively promote the hydraulic vulcanizing machine and transformer of Linglong Electrical and Mechanical Co., Ltd.to go abroad and serve the construction of “One Belt and One Road”.
　　After the completion of the project, Uzbekistan's tire self-sufficiency will be greatly enhanced and the connotation of Sino-Ukrainian industrial cooperation will be further enriched. After delivery, it will fill the gap in the tire industry in Central Asia.
