On September 15, 2018, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CNPC) organized and held an appraisal meeting of scientific and technological achievements of the "ultra-low emission treatment process and key technical equipment of VOCs exhaust gas of rubber plant" jointly completed by Beijing New Universal Science and Technology Co, Ltd. and  Hangzhou Chaoyang Rubber Co., Ltd. The appraisal meeting was recommended by the National Design & Technology Center of Rubber & Plastics Industry, and the experts unanimously agreed to pass the appraisal. Experts believed that the technical documents submitted by the reporting unit were complete, the data was detailed, and met the requirements of appraisal. This technology fills the domestic gap, has complete independent intellectual property rights, has good economic and social benefits, and has broad market prospects and reached the international advanced level. 　　This technology adopts the integrated treatment technology of pretreatment+secondary filtration+rotary concentrated adsorption+rotary RTO for the first time, which is significantly lower than the emission limit after treatment. The technology is based on the cloud platform of rubber factory RTO exhaust gas control intelligent control system, to achieve management information, intelligent control, intelligent inspection, equipment life management system. 　　The scientific and technological achievements have opened up solutions for the treatment of rubber exhaust gas in the rubber industry and realized the clean green production of rubber plant. It shows that Beijing New Universal Science and Technology Co, Ltd. has made another contribution to the industry and the country in practicing the country's energy-saving and emission reduction of rubber factories, solving environmental pollution, creating green production and personal safety.
