Recently, the quality of the main cast-forgings and welds of the tire vulcanizing machine produced by Guilin Rubber Machine was tested and confirmed by important customers in the United States for more than a week. The qualified rate of the inspected manufacturing parts reached 100%.　 　　In accordance with AWS standards and ASTM standards, the third-party professional inspection institutions focused on the inspection of the chemical composition, mechanical properties and other original quality certificates of parts and materials. At the same time, the weld quality of the welding parts and the internal quality of the casting and forging parts were 100% nondestructive tested to ensure that all parts meet the requirements of the contract. After the audit, Guilin Rubber Machinery casting and forging parts and welding parts with "zero defects" passed the United States third-party inspection and identification.
　　Compared with the past, this test not only increased the type of detection components, but also upgraded the partial inspection of the previous components to the full inspection of the components. After the inspection, the third-party fully affirmed the relevant work done by Guilin Rubber Machinery, indicating that the manufacturing quality of Guilin Rubber Machinery has reached a new level.
