Established in 2017, Shandong Himile Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. Hefei Branch will be officially put into operation. At that time, it will form an annual production capacity of 1500 tire molds for tire repair, providing near-service for the tire companies in the Yangtze River Delta region and achieving high-quality delivery.　
　　The process includes testing the incoming molds and measuring the dimensions of each part. Some molds need to be processed by electric heating furnace to eliminate the quality defects of the plastic parts; mechanical processing; part of the mold lettering; the semi-finished parts after machining need to be welded by welding machine. The assembly test is carried out on the mold, and the package is delivered after passing the test.
