He said that the government should conscientiously coordinate and solve the problem of enterprise development, and build a rubber industrial park with a production value of 10 billion yuan in Guilin to accelerate the industrial revitalization of Guilin.　
　　When the city leaders investigated Guangxi New Guilun Rubber Co., Ltd., they pointed out that the relevant government departments should increase their efforts in policy support for enterprises ,it is necessary to pay more attention to the problems that will arise in the employment and technical reform of the new Guilun ,the most important thing is to vigorously carry out the work of introducing the upstream and downstream industry chain of tires.
　　The new Guilun company was established in November 2018. At present, it has realized 1,500 tires per day. The company will actively implement technological transformation this year, increase more production equipment, and increase the daily production capacity to 4,500-5,500.
　　The new Guilun uses the plant, equipment and staff of Guilin Beili Tire. After the new project is completed, it will have an annual capacity of 1.5 million all-steel radial truck tires. It is estimated that the annual output value will exceed 1 billion yuan.
