On August 16, Jiangsu General Science Technology Co., Ltd. all steel smart factory mixing workshop held a production ceremony. This marks a breakthrough in the company's 1.2 million high-performance intelligent all-steel radial tire project, laying a solid foundation for the official production of the project.
The mixing workshops that were first put into production have adopted world-class mixers to build intelligent workshops with automation, digitization, information and intelligence.
The whole workshop applies various systems such as the auxiliary machine on-line monitoring system of internal mixer, the fully automatic mixer auxiliary machine system, the high-precision weighing and batching system, the three-dimensional storage system and the intelligent MES system, and strives to realize the all-round automation of the production process.
At the same time, through the implementation of the lean production management and control model, the production efficiency will increase by more than 15%, the operation and management personnel will be reduced by 20%, and the rubber material quality will be more stable and uniform.
According to GS, the project will become a model factory for the company's “Smart Tire Factory”, helping it to make a leap in production, management and service.
