The ton bag packaging line of first polyolefin product by Lanzhou Petrochemical Corp put into operation in packaging workshop of ethylene plant on 28 April. There are 690 bags, total 483 tons of RPE02B products of low fluidity and transparent polypropylene bottle cap for the first time. At the same time, the outer woven bag and polyethylene plastic inner layer packaging bag were adopted. 　　This polyolefin product ton bag packing line single package design is 500 to 1000 kilograms. The product packaging is cleaner and more stable which meeted the needs of product transportation and customer post-processing.
　　On one hand, automatic ton bag packaging equipment can be used according to the user's conditions, reasonable selection of materials for matching, in the cost of packaging, it has a great advantage. On the other hand, new equipment has few easily damaged parts and long service life. It can customize different specifications according to the processing requirements, and is more humanized and intelligent.
