At the beginning of 2019, the overseas market of Yizumi will get off to a good start. A 3200T two-platen machine UN3200DP-N-75500 will enter the US environmental container manufacturer Otto Environmental Systems (hereinafter referred to as "Otto"). This is the largest tonnage of injection moulding machine exported by Yizhimi so far.YIZUMI-HPM will provide after-sales support and services to customers. 　　Due to the need to replace old equipment and increase production capacity,Otto recently purchased the new large-tonnage two-platen machine from Yizumi, which is used to produce outdoor large garbage bins of 65 gallons (246 liters) and 95 gallons (360 liters). Among them, the 95-gallon garbage bin weighs 12.5kg, up to 1.5 meters, and the length and width are about 1 meter.
　　To this end, Yizumi has customized the configuration to meet the molding needs of Otto products based on the UN3200DP. For example, depending on the weight of the product (12.5kg), a large amount of melted glue is required. Yizumi specializes in designing a high plasticizing screw, and increases the high-speed electric melting system to increase the plasticizing rate and achieve synchronous action, thus achieving a faster cycle. At the same time, by optimizing the stage to meet the requirements of high injection pressure.
　　It is worth mentioning that the UN3200DP-75500 shooting platform is the largest shooting platform with electric melting glue currently developed by Yizumi. It is equipped with linear guide rail with low resistance and fast acceleration. It combines with high rigidity injection mechanism design and digital displacement sensor monitoring to achieve precise position control and higher product repetition accuracy.
　　According to the production plan, UN3200DP is expected to be delivered to Otto Arizona's Eloy plant in February. In addition to the injection molding machine, YIZUMI-HPM also provides a complete automated production line with 3-axis robots, safety shields and conveyor belts, which greatly enhances Otto's productivity.
