Recently, the factory acceptance of Daqing Petrochemical's 70,000 tons/year LLDPE localized extrusion granulator unit was held in Dalian Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. Leaders and representatives of China National Petroleum Corporation, PetroChina Daqing Petrochemical Company, and Dalian Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. attended the meeting and witnessed the 70,000-ton/year LLDPE extrusion granulation unit passing the factory acceptance. The leaders of PetroChina said at the factory acceptance meeting that the unit was the first domestically produced extrusion granulation unit of PetroChina, and the first set of domestically produced 70,000 tons/year LLDPE extrusion granulation unit. The technical indicators of the unit reached the international advanced level.　 　　Through a large number of investigations, simulation tests, process tests and verification demonstrations, the Dalian Rubber & Plastics Machinery Co., Ltd. team had overcome the key difficulties of the machine, electricity and instrument of the localization project of the unit, and then through the drawings design, production and processing, factory assembly, hot and cold state pre-factory verification and other work to make the unit has become a complete set of process equipment with high technical content such as automation, visualization and intelligence.
