It was reported that the project was built by Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Circulation Technology Co., Ltd. with an investment of 15 million yuan, and trial production began in early February this year.

　　The project had an annual production capacity of 0.5 million tons of reclaimed rubber, 50,000 retreaded tires, and 30,000 repaired tires.

　　It was understood that this project used pre-vulcanization refurbishment, twin-screw extrusion and other reclaimed rubber technologies, and could handle 11.25 million tons of used tires from Zhongce Rubber Group every year. These waste tires were first sorted, and waste tires that were highly damaged and could not be refurbished and repaired entered the reclaimed rubber production workshop for the production of recycled rubber.

　　The pre-vulcanized buffer rubber, rubber strip and pre-vulcanized tread used in the refurbishing process were all purchased from the finished product, which were made by refining and vulcanization; some of the old tires with partial damage were repaired.

　　The successful construction of the project marked the official formation of Zhongze Rubber Group's own brand tire production→sales→recycling→recycling of the whole industry chain.
