In January 2020, Lenovo Group (hereinafter referred to as "Lenovo") won the Green Environmental Protection Award at the 2019 China Social Responsibility Charity Ceremony and the 12th China Corporate Social Responsibility Summit.
  The China Social Responsibility Charity Ceremony 2019 and the 12th China Corporate Social Responsibility Summit was hosted by Xinhuanet and had been held for twelve consecutive sessions.
  From 2018 to 2019, Lenovo began to phase out disposable plastic tapes, tapes and plastic films from the ThinkPad packaging base. In addition, Lenovo provides packaging using degradable biomaterials made from bamboo and sugarcane fibers, which can reduce the overall packaging volume of the product and improve the efficiency of carbon dioxide emissions during transportation.
  Lenovo recycles electronic waste and launches a list of products made from CL PCR. In addition, since 2016, Lenovo has begun to develop low temperature solder (LTS) solutions, investing a lot of time in the production line to test LTS, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 59 t.
