The factory information management system is developed by Newu independently. It is a comprehensive management system throughout the tire’s whole production process, which is contains rubber mixing workshop’s material flow, storage, equipment operation, production schedule, costing, production supervision, production reports , bar code retrospection for raw materials, equipment maintenance, quality test, personal management etc. This system is able to show all states and information of every process above to users with different authority. And mass production data are stored in database with special format. They can be review and required whenever. This system will be an information shared platform of the whole factory based every workshop and management department. With this system, cost control, production efficiency, personnel management will be optimized, and production competitiveness will be improved in the maximal degree.
